1st install team damaged both doors, and broke a pane of glass, and just left them unable to be opened, 16 visits later by so called experts, they are now only just finally installed correctly, ( I hope) & the final team confirmed they had never been fitted properly, on any of the previous 15 calls. Screws missing, rubber seals damaged etc. waste of my time, Absolute joke. Avoid!
Despite contacting by email and phone many many times they have still not replaced faulty product or even been able to get an appointment for them to come round!!!! Very bad aftercare if something goes wrong,. In my case bad product and bad fitting. If Mr bing sees this please get in touch. Needs fixing asap!
Fitted windows and doors at mothers house.. Good quality at a fair price. The team were friendly and professional and left no mess. A couple of snagging issues addressed quickly. All done in July 2014
