Mr Wayne Meadows came to my home on Friday 12 February to measure up for a quote for replacement double glazing. Two weeks later I have heard absolutely nothing from him, despite ringing and sending a polite reminder via his online enquiry form. I can only assume that he either can't be bothered to give me a quotation, or is so busy or disorganised that he is unable to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time (he originally said it would take 'a few days'). Either way, it's very poor service and I would never give my custom to this company.
