Oh where to begin. The salesman was brilliant, he completely suckered us in with his enthusiasm. Then it’s a downward spiral from there. The fitter was obviously not certified as his ineptitude Is beyond belief really, we’ve never come across such terrible workmanship. His piece de resistance was to cut through a water pipe in our airing cupboard even though my husband assured him this was the wrong one. He gaily replied, “I’m a professional and I know what I’m doing !” Then successfully flooded the airing cupboard, my bed, me bedroom carpet.......he continued by saying our piping must be wrong and to prove his point he ripped up carpets and floorboards in 4 rooms till he turned around and said, “you were right after all “. Water proceeded to trickle down our hall ceiling around our electrics and soaked the hall carpet 🙄. Needless to say, we fired him. Oh then we tried contacting CUSTOMER SERVICES 🤣 these people are like the tooth fairy or Father Christmas, you really, really want to believe they exist BUT they don’t. Not one apologetic phone call, not one answer within the promised 2 working hours, not even 2 working flipping days. In fact, I think it was completely by accident that they found out everything had gone wrong. The fitters boss called to say he was sick and wouldn’t be coming in, we said funny that we’ve fired him. Fast forward to his boss coming around to check on his work, nice man. Apparently it was NOT UP TO STANDARD, what a surprise. Everything must come out, everything he did needs to be checked ..... we shall get back to you immediately. Yeah right ! Here we are with a fantastic fitter doing an outstanding job but the first bath had to taken out as the previous guy had stood in it in his boots and dropped bits of concrete all over it! The replacement when it eventually arrived (after countless calls leaving messages and me eventually loosing the plot and turning into a screaming banshee) was also damaged 😡the poor fitter spent ages trying to get someone to authorise a new order for a bath, talk about being passed from pillar to post.......... days later we are still waiting, for a call, an e mail, a smoke signal ....anything to acknowledge the fact we need a bloody bath. It’s not rocket science after all, is it ?
So, the moral of the story . . . . DO NOT USE PREMIER
We’ve built a lovely big extension in our house, i’m a tradesman, i’ve done it all myself from digging it out to Plastering and decorating, my wife wanted a certain style kitchen to finish off our project, she was supposed to call Howdens but accidentally rang Premier kitchens and bedrooms, she ended up getting a design done by them anyway and the salesman was very professional, after comparing other quotes we decided to go with Premier, that is where the nightmare starts, initial design didn’t add up, he scaled incorrectly off the plans, the surveyor changed most of the plan to supposedly fit, they then take full payment before delivery which was over £16000! We had to provide men to lift the kitchen in, which was 2 hours late! On delivery 1/2 the kitchen was missing, 3 weeks of stress for my wife and hundreds of phone calls and emails later we still haven’t recieved all the doors for our island, we have paid for a corner unit to be built and dismantled twice as they are so incompetent they keep sending the wrong one, we’re now waiting for no 3, they have sent a 400bin unit to fit a 600 door and it wobbles all over the place, they say we have to pay extra for the correct one even though they designed it!!! Handles were wrong, I could go on, useless customer services, no one takes responsibility, if we had a pound for each apology we’d be rich, absolute joke of a company, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR KITCHEN, ALL STYLE NO SUBSTANCE. Very, very disappointed we fell for all the promises of a beautiful kitchen.
Simply put. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - In fact the plague would have been more preferable than dealing with this bunch of ill mannered, illiterate, ignorant losers. I wish I had read reviews prior to it happening!
