Westone undertook a bath replacement for my insurance company and the installation was faultless. However upon completion I was never asked for my policy excess despite chasing the office and the contracts manager. Eventually I received a red letter stating the account was overdue. I posted a cheque as requested the same day and today (10 days later) have received a court summons for the monies. I called to explain and was told I had to pay the excess and a £25 admin fee. Complete cowboy approach and the poorest customer service I have experienced in a long time AVOID!!!
