I Questioned Ian On The Finish With The Flashband Stuck To The Trim & Was Told 'It Has To Be Like That To Keep Water Out' 🤷‍♀️ I Questioned Him On Exposed OSB Board Being Used & A Cut Edge Exposed To Weather & His Reply Was 'Gloss It' 🤷‍♀️ In His Own Words 'He's Fitted Windows Like This For 20 Years'!! He's Told Me A Load Of Lies & Fobbed Me Off & Had I Not Got A 2nd Opinion Could Have Been Faced With Thousands Of Pounds Worth Of Damage & Living With It Along With My 2 Kids. He's Now Ignoring My Messages With Regards To The Faults The Other Company Confirmed. Not Only Has The Flashband Not Stuck To The Felt To Weatherproof The Roof/Brickwork The Whole Top Half Of The Window Is Tilting Inwards Holding Rainwater Against The House! But Hey... He's Been Doing Windows Like This For 20 Years! 🤷‍♀️ I'm Just A Mother Working All Hours To Pay For His Lazy Workmanship What Do I Know 🤷‍♀️ This Is Not The Only Issue I've Had Either I Won't Mention The Wonky Letterbox That Was A Talking Point Between My Neighbours 🤣 Or The Completely Wrong Window He Ordered & Fitted 🙈 Again Another Talking Point For The Neighbours 🤣 Or The Loose Brickwork That's Been Left From Letting The Upstairs Window Drop Into The Garden 🙄 The Pictures Speak For Themselves But I Wouldn't Recommend Him To Anyone Except.. Maybe My Ex 🤷‍♀️🤣
