our experience with Penicuik was a little bumpy, the choice of windows and doors was excellent, and the price was very reasonable for 10 windows and a roc door. we were told that the price given was for that day only so we took it and we had a 7 day cooling off period. after thinking about it, we had a change of heart and cancelled on day 5 of the cooling off period. we were then offered a counter price for the windows etc as they claimed that that the frames had already started being made and the company would lose out more if we cancelled altogether, so 5 grand and a few weeks later, they fitted everything, they were done in 2 days and were very nice chaps. they were a bit rough however and i had to call and complain about a couple of holes left beside the bay windows, one window also had stared to collapse and scrape when opened, they were quick to com eout and fix it though, they also left some debris outside that i tidied up. but otherwise, the windows and door were very good quality and i have recommended them.
