I would not rate this company at all. The company were to install three doors and conservatory panels. So far I have two doors installed, sorry pathetically installed ! The door frame was actually cut around a picture on the wall, the door frames are not yet sealed. The other items .. where delivered in the wrong colour. and the list in endless with problems. To recify the issues it is still ongoing. Don't be phased with their glamours website. The work claimed to be professional and excellent quality has yet to be seen !

If I could give no stars, I would. We had our windows installed over two years ago and we are still waiting for the endless repairs to be completed; primarily, the silicone sealant peels off all of the windows. Even the company's surveyor said he'd never see such a shoddy job. Each time the remedial engineer came out he made the situation worse and we are now waiting for the frames to be completely replaced. We have had nothing but problems and we're now dealing with Trading Standards. Avoid at all costs.
