Planet - South Lakeland I had a window and Barge board installed. The quality is excellent and I feel a difference with my heating bill, no drafts! Austin completed the installation of a large window in my home in early December, a complex and physically demanding job that involved removing the old, heavy window and expertly fitting the new one. His ability to manage the weight and the task were truly impressive. After completing the installation, Austin cleaned, tidied, leaving no trace that such a major job had taken place. Doug came on a separate visit and was very helpful and friendly and did a professional job installing a large barge board in difficult conditions and neatly cemented in place and around the window. I really appreciated that he was very tidy and considerate in the way that he worked. Both gentlemen did outstanding work and deserve recognition and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend either of them for future projects and would ask Planet - South Lakeland to please pass on my thanks.

Recently had aluminium windows and bi-folding doors installed by Planet. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Fitters were very tidy and friendly and office staff were always very helpful with any concerns I had. Will definitely be using them again.

Very poor customer service and communication. Conservatory is still under warranty however we have an ongoing leak which has damaged the interior. Numerous attempts at repairs have not been succesful and no effort has been made by Planet to complete the job in full. We keep having to chase them up for action but the response from the customer service representative is poor and his disinterest is far too apparent.

Replacement windows, front door and conservatory, installation 2014 We had eight windows replaced, two doorways blocked up and converted to windows, and a garage door converted to a wall with front door and side windows. A large conservatory was built onto the side of our house, replacing a patio. The window installation can't be faulted, it was quick and efficient, and one minor problem was rectified quickly and without problems. Particular praise for the installer - Richard - and the plasterer. The conservatory is still not watertight after twenty months, and we have had great difficulty obtaining support for the product.
