Quality is sub standard, not fit for purpose and unsafe. Falcon Installations refused to address any of the build and demand more payments to complete work. Sub floor is not level and has DPC sticking out, it does not go to threshold of door. Expanding foam has been used to intermittedly not to insulate but to hide gaps where frames do not touch floor or brickwork, gaps are over 40mm in places on door frame alone. None of the studwork is cut to actual size and the majority is split and only loosely secured. Brickwork is full of gaps and spaces. Builders also kept asking for coffee, use the toilet and used my lawn to pour building waste from cleaning. I had to phone the skip company and ask that they remove the skip left a week after the installers had finished. Installers had placed it at the bottom of my drive , blocking in cars on my property. It should have been sited further up the drive. The list of faults can go on and as Falcon Installations refuse to correct unsafe and bad builds without increasing fees that are 100% than fair market value for goods and services. As Falcon Installations Ltd refuse to correct the lack of goods and services provided, I have been forced to take legal action.
