Had to contact them 3 times to even speak to someone about a quote, then I was told that they had tried to ring me (they didn't) & as I didn't have an answer phone, it was my fault, I didn't make their job very easy! The man I spoke to from the Derby office was vile, rude, called me a liar & proceeded to argue with me over how many times they'd called! I called the Burton branch to complain about being spoken to like that - I was assured the managing director would call me back to apologise. To my shock, he did call, but did not know what to say. The awkward silence was cringeworthy! I asked if he'd been informed of the situation - apparently he had. More silence. Eventually I said that the customer service at their firm was awful & the fact that he could not even say sorry, never mind anything else was shocking. Clearly I'd decided to take my business elsewhere, to which he replied he was glad & they didn't want my business and he hung up! AWFUL!
