I had two new doors fitted, the workmen were very professional, friendly and clean. The were very punctual and took almost the time I was told to fit the doors. This work took place September 2014.

So far we have had a back door (stable) front door and a window fitted very recently, and they are 1/2 way through a conservatory installation. Any time I have needed to talk to someone they have been available, and Carrington tradespersons have listened to my questions and given advice and assistance at all times - very encouraging for the rest of the buidt A+++++

Possibly the rudest telesales person I have ever had been phoned by. If a company cold calls, it is incredibly bad manners for them to just put the phone down on someone mid sentence just because there is no prospect of a sale.

I complained about a leaking double glazed panel and got told that you were not taking on any service work at present. When I asked about having my roofline done your sales person said you were too busy to be bothered. Absolutely rubbish You get no stars

I had one replacement window and one bay window panel The workmanship was excellent and actually a lintel was replaced at no extra cost to me. The workmen came early and did a good job. They left everything neat and tidy. I had the work done April this year.

Engaged with Carrington to replace three old single pane, wooden frame windows with UPVC. Great help with design and selection, one of the cheapest offers we got and the ticked all of our boxes. They even fixed our slightly broken door. Brilliant service, delighted with the result. Carrington all the way!

We found the pitch from the salesman to be over the top and insincere, and the quote excessive. The salesman spent the best part of an hour going telling us how their doors are better than anyone else's and wouldn't deviate from his script. We were quoted around £1,700 for a composite door, with a 25% discount if we signed up then and there. The salesman explained that 25% discount was due to the risk of inflation. Given the discount wouldn't even be available later the same day that is just clearly untrue - this isn't Weimar Germany... We found this high pressure tactic to be really unpleasant and not what we expected given the positive reviews we'd seen for Carrington elsewhere. I spoke to two other local door companies who both quoted around £900 for the same door, and gave me much more straightforward and knowledgeable advice.

Only had a quote for my door which we haven't had done yet. They were friendly and courteous and we have not been inundated with pushy calls and emails since. Certainly a company which I would not hesitate to contact in the future.

i had a new front door and french doors recently fitted by carrington and found the work excellent. Carl and the team arrived on time and got the job done straight away and cleaned as they went. Would strongly recommend them in the future for work again.
