Derby -

Poor workmanship through out the job . Quoted 5 to 6weeks . Actually took over 9 . Kitchen fitter particularly poor . Sink unit damaged. Tiling had to be redone . Flooring redone . We were without a kitchen for 4 weeks . Conservatory was joined to house with flash banding not lead . This has been replaced now . Plumber used old parts from other jobs .
