Excellent product Excellent service was supplied a double glazed door by Cross trade double glazing it was fitted to a very high standard by their fitting team. Very happy would highly recommend so pleased I am replacing all my double glazing with this company.

Our conservatory build was started last year and I still not completely fault free. Gutter not fitted correctly so we had water getting into the property and causing damp walls. One wall cavity was actually full of rain water. Gutter was repaired but company used Flash Band which is only suitable as a temporary fix. Gutter still leaked. Next repair entailed the correct fitting of a gutter section. 15 other faults have been Reported. Gutter clips dislodged so gutter drooped, plastic trims fell off, plastic trims cut badly. Roof bar clips fell off. Internal trim cut badly or fell off. French door dropped so would not close without lifting (adjusted twice). This has dropped again. Back door leaks water past seal (still). Cracked brick work pointing(due to door frame fitting bolt). Gap (1") between one outside wall and window frame, filled with expanding foam). Internal roof trim bolt up and bent out of shape. Recently another gutter joint is leaking and noticed gutter running uphill towards the down-pipe hopper. Poor finish/seal broken on some internal silicon sealant. Poor clean up after build. Label adhesive still on 5 roof panels and plaster splashes on windows.

Brill service. Very nice guys Cannot fault them. As ordered French doors and side windows look ace. Very pleased indeed. Recommend them and the price is good. Cheers guys

Cross Trade of Clay Cross supplied and fitted my composite front door and although I live 60 miles away from Chesterfield they were recommended and didn't disappoint. The service was first class, efficient and tidy and very reasonably priced. I have recommended them to friends and family since.

Quality of products French doors and a bay window all of very good quality very satisfied The service and workmanship in my opinion was splendid The fitters cleared all rubbish and took it away Had 3 local quotes but went with cross trade because of past experience with them and from recommendations from other people Splendid job all round

Good quality Rehau glassworks fitted, for which we have yet to receive any documentation. Poor workmanship, damaged property, lies and threats against family members. Not a good experience. Further problems as a result of work carried out with regards to plumbing. Forced to engage further contractors to remedy plasterwork and finish job to an acceptable standard. COMPANY RESPONSE The person who posted this review did not have the final balance of money in place. He then pointed out 1 or 2 problems but refused to let us on to his property. After weeks of trying to get paid I told him to go to Trading Standards and Certass to help resolve the problems. To this date as far as I am aware he has not done this. There is an amount of money still outstanding. CUSTOMER RESPONSE The company response is untrue. All problems were pointed out before work was declared finished. All money was in place. Final balance was paid less the amount that it cost to fix damage and bring work to a SAFE standard. Money was paid by the date I stated that it would be.

Excellent from start to finish, rehau windows beautifuly installed, we decided to have a conservatory as well, the fitter mark left the job very tidy, they also took us to look at existing work, which no other company even metioned doing, highly highly recomend
