We removed a very old free-standing Central Heating boiler, leaving a right mess in the kitchen! We got Jim at Kitchen Fit Sandiacre to come along and design cupboards to fill the gap to match our existing ones, which they fitted some time ago. We placed the order and along came the fitters who did a PERFECT job in three hours, leaving no mess, just a very satisfied husband and wife. I would use them every time!

The quality of everything has been fantastic. 16 months later and I still love everything about my new kitchen. It's as good as the day it was done the quality is amazing. We had awful service from this company and we are still trying to correct their mistakes 3 months on. They did a half new fit, half makeover in my kitchen. Just to name a few of the issues, the cupboards don't all close properly, there is a chip in the end of the brand new worktop, they made a compete mess of installing the hob ruining the sealing strip, the hole for it isn't straight so it doesn't sit straight, they almose broke the extractor after fixing it wonky with the transit wrapper on and have bent the bottom overtightening it. When we turned it on they had left it full of debris which flew everywhere and they decided not to make a hole it the wall (as agreed) but to extract to the wall and coving, very helpful. We asked for soft close doors but they only put them on half the units?!? There was damage to one cupboard which we asked them to fix, their fix was to hit it with a hammer. They told us to lay the floor after installation (we were doing this ourselves) and they would come back to fit the skirting boards over the top- they never did. They didn't fit the microwave correctly and it magically broke between delivery and them finishing, the repair man said it had most likely been banged hard. There is probably more but I can't think now. We got a company in for ease, we wished we had done it ourselves as we would have made a better job.
