I had the guy booked in and had nothing but excuses why he couldn't do the job resulting in me losing a weeks work of my own due to him messing me about, He let me down at the 11th hour forcing me to chase him on the phone rather than the other way round. I felt he was being dishonest and would not recommend him to people.
