Installed a damaged door - chips, scratches, streaks and a bit fell off in front of the installation guy himself. First blamed us for causing the damage. Then admitted the damage was theirs. Have asked for a replacement door and despite chasing this or any resolution for 4 months have heard nothing. These doors are poor quality, extremely expensive and the customer service is defensive, intimidating, rude and useless. We strongly recommend staying clear of this company. There are so many other good ones around.
We had eight windows fitted in July. The work was carried out well and everything was clean and tidy at the end of the day. They arrived when they said they would and the job was completed in two days. We had a couple of small problems that had to be corrected which was done without any further problems. We had used Poole Joinery before and we would certainly recommend this company to others.

Recently moved house and we had a new front door fitted. The two fitters were extremely punctual and polite, the workmanship was excellent . I used poole joinery in my last house and I will continual to do so.
The job did not go ahead as had to chase from the outset. The customer decided to go with Avon joinery as they turned up when they said they would and came back with a firm and clear estimate. The customer has had the top floor completed he is very pleased with Avon and they will now be given the contract for the other 50+ windows too be replaced.
Brilliant job. 7 big windows and the back door, all completed in 4 days. House left clean and tidy. Great work, friendly service, ready for Christmas as promised. Would recommend their services.

We have deferred our planned double glazing project but were very happy with Poole Joinery's responsiveness, product and price. We may well return in due course.
My enquiry about windows response was awful,2 appointments made and no one turn up no one bothered to phone back, no apologies business they could have had went out the window, rubbish!

Used Poole Joinery for over 25 years - they do a good job at a reasonable price with good fitters. Also, if there is a fault, they always put it right - same with jobs they did 20 years ago and maybe need a replacement pane etc.
Quote for patio door. Salesman came round, was polite etc but didn't give very much information compared to other companies I discovered later. I presumed more detail would come through in the subsequent quote. The quote never did arrive even though chased up, checked address etc, after 3 chasers gave up...
