Worst experience with any company ever!! Kitchen was suppose to be started on the 7th December 2020 after paying deposit in October for an “ express delivery date “ and told this would be a 6 day turn around. No show on the 7th December, no phone calls to tell me why they didn’t show. Was told that the guys were held up on a £18,000 conservatory roof job, the roofer was off sick, it needed to be completed so they watched YouTube videos how to complete it , the sales guy I dealt with had gone on the piss and gone AWOL ignoring everyone ( mind so would I if I worked for this circus ) ... so day 1 I wasn’t filled with much hope ... Day 2 they showed up and worked a couple hours and by day 4 ( Friday )very little had been done but at least something was being done so hope was in sight . The following Monday14th they didn’t show again, again no contact as to why until 4pm, the Tuesday they did show but then a phone call on the evening to advise that they wouldn’t be returning until the 18th of December, so now we’re over 10 days deep, it’s just before Christmas, I’ve had no cooker, fridge, washer, sink or anything with a young child at home for a fortnight. The excuses keep getting slapped on thick. Promised by the office staff it would be completed on the 19th and 20th. Fair to say that weekend I had a discussion with the fitter who again told me it would not be finished for Christmas. I ended up having my fridge and cooker fitted on the night before CHRISTMAS EVE along with my sink plumbed in and washing machine... which work was not started until 5pm at night ... and didn’t leave until almost 9pm, what a lead up to Christmas that was ?! So now we are 2 and a half weeks in... the worst lead up to Christmas. The worktops you could slide your hand down the back between them and the wall so the choice of tiling for the walls had to go out of the window. The boxing in around the pipes looks like Stevie wonder has reincarnated as a joiner. We are now the 28th of January and the kitchen is still not finished. The rubbish is piled high in the back garden, I was promised this would be removed 23rd and 24th January and it has not. I have sent numerous emails to complain, never had a response as of yet. I had a phone call with a member of the team last week as to when they were coming to finish off the boxing in, and put my kick boards, end panels on, finish the actual kitchen off. I was told it would be completed by Monday 25th... again another load of B*llocks! They have no interest other than taking your money then ignoring you. I have to honestly say these guys could be in the Gusiness Book of Records for their excuses, they should bring out a book “ How to make yourself look like you work every day without working a day in your life” because the hours they put in, it’s acceptable to them to turn up to customers houses at 5-6pm to them, that’s a days work 3/4 hours if only !? I honestly could not stress enough to anyone who has even considered / is considering dealing with these cowboys to just walk away now, it is absolutely not worth the stress and bother they give you. NOT TO MENTION THE POSITIVE REVIEWS LEFT ON HERE ARE NAMES OF THE STAFF WHO WORK FOR THE COMPANY !! Not even real reviews
