Very painful experience replacing Velux windows in living room. Installation date postponed several times, eventually incorrect windows were fitted and had to be replaced - replacements are still not what was quoted, and we've lost easy access to our balcony. Interior and exterior finishes are very poor, with 2 builders doing jobs for our Factor, commenting (without being prompted) that the flashings are not correctly fitted, and will lead to future damage. Despite sending someone out to inspect/photograph several months ago, no further contact from Craftsman, and calls are not being returned. Would not recommend this company, and won't be using them again.
