Unreliable and unprofessional, waited in for 2 different afternoons for them to come and service my boiler and connect a cooker. The first time I called them as they hadn't arrived by 5pm and was told how there day had gone pear shaped and they probably wouldn't get to me as well as a load of lies about how they had tried calling me about fitting a cooker but couldn't get thru...(funny how everyone else has managed it!). Re-arranged for a few days later between 1-5pm only to still be waiting for them at 6pm with no phonecall or explanation as to why they hadn't turned up again. Can't be bothered to chase this time as they obviuosly do not want my business. I rate 0 stars but your sytem wouldn't allow this.
