They replaced a small conservatory for us in Brighton. It totally exceeded our expectations, so we had them back when we moved to worthing to replace our back door and fit a double door in the front of our conservatory. Once more perfect workmanship. Four years later we lost the key to the back door. They came out the next day, drilled out the cylinder and fitted a new cylinder free of charge and replaced the handles on the front doors on which the paint had got chipped also without charge. No high pressure selling, they sent their detailed estimate with plans in the post.

This company was called "Nuglas" and went bankrupt a few years ago- they did not honor their committment regarding warranty on a conservatory which they built 7 years ago. Recently I send them 2 inquiries about the possibility to deliver a few more windows which would match the ones in our conservatory- I did not even get a reply. Based on the negative experiences I would not recoomend to ever use this company.
