Very bad customer service I phoned to ask if they could come out and adjust a door that had dropped on my conservatory fitted by them still under warranty their reply was we don’t adjust doors you have to take out the glass so I looked on you tube and done it myself , Very un helpful would never use them again and would not recommend them to my worst enemy!
