I wish I could give ABL Doors zero stars. I purchased a pair of internal doors from them at a steep price, primarily to match the existing style in my house. Unfortunately, the product was riddled with issues from the start. The doors arrived scratched, and the glass was not only damaged but also chipped. The company tried to cover these flaws by placing safety films (commonly used to prevent accidental breakage) over the damaged areas, making it look like they were new. The size of the doors was another issue. Despite providing the correct dimensions, the doors came 3cm shorter in height and an inch smaller in width. The lock strike plate was also missing, and to make matters worse, they never supplied the architrave. While I admit I may have forgotten to specify this, they never raised the point either, and they’re supposed to be the experts. Furthermore, they didn’t ask for details like which door would be the ‘active’ one and which would be ‘inactive,’ or the direction in which the doors should open. All these issues make me question how this company is still in business. Customer service has been non-existent. I tried reaching out to discuss these issues, but never received a reply. On top of that, I waited nearly 3 months for delivery, which they cancelled twice due to reasons they didn’t specify. For those interested, I’ve uploaded an image to substantiate my claims. Think twice before doing business with ABL Doors. Avoid at all costs.
