Bought 2 sets if patio doors, one door doesn't close properly, repeated requests for a repair, one filter arrived, looked worried and made phone calls. No return visit and no more returns despite repeated promise .do not touch this company
I would strongly suggest that you do NOT use EZ2OWN WINDOWS & DOORS for your glazing or roofing needs! Having purchased a conservatory and subsequently had a problem with the roof, I telephoned them to look at it. I was constantly promised someone would get back to me but they never did, despite chasing them every few days. When I emailed them I was told that ‘We will help you, so don’t loose faith, will be in touch’! That was on 30 January 2015! They clearly like selling but have no interest in the quality of their product or any hint of customer service. If you are thinking of using them I would suggest you think again and use another company.
