Fitted an EPDM (rubber roof). Unfortunately it was laid on top of insulation boards and a thin layer of ply (maybe 2mm) rather than the standard 11-18mm roof boards. As such the ply broke and caused several leaks.
The 20 year installation guarantee is worthless as Robert Neil, trading as RGS Roofing Service(s) refused to make good the damage.
Less than 5 years from installation, the whole roof was replaced by a reputable company.
