Initial work was completed fast however quickly had problems. Constant calls and assurances you would come back out and resolve issues has failed to materialise. Another week of calls and leaving messages and never returned my calls. I get the impression they have no interest in fixing problems with their install which also means the guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. The stress and anxiety caused is unfair and I would not recommend them, I would suggest they are avoided.

Company (GPS) who were part of Caledonia Home Improvements completed work on my roof Nov / Dec 2020. Had to come back in early 2021 to rectify some areas of roof. Had problems with roof since then and tried to contact GPS / Caledonia HI to come and sort out problems. During the work being done and since then I have requested documentation (itemised invoice/ work guarantee) from GPS / CHI but both companies ignoring my calls / mails. CHI did reply to my mails but they state that they were also duped by GPS and have received no monies for the job (job cost : £19,000) therefore they accept no responsibility. As stated I have no documentation but have photographic and independent witness evidence that CHI were on site (signage / vans with CHI logos). To make matters worse I visited the company address (CHI) that was on the website and it is a back alley with a deserted / derelict shed at the bottom of it. I have since found out that other people have had exactly the same problem as me with this company (no documentation/ substandard work / lack of contact)

Just had my extension completed by Caledonia home improvements and would like to express my gratitude to mike and his team. My build came in on budget and a week early. (result!)
