Firmfix replaced my double glazing maybe 15 years ago; when I moved, I had no hesitation in using them again. Efficient order process and installed in 4 weeks as they quoted, all done with a smile and lots of tea!. I hope I won't be moving again but if I did... I would call Firmfix

I can honestly say the whole experience with Firm fix has been very good from beginning to end, just perfect. We were very satisfied in all areas of work provided.

Our conservatory is nine years old and has a 10-year warranty. I contacted Firmfix about a couple of steamed-up windows and some developing leaks from the roof. There was no quibble, and an engineer came out to inspect the problems and three weeks later came to fit new glass and reseal the roof, which he completed in about an hour. Excellent service and would certainly recommend Firmfix in the future.

We have used Firmfix before and so didn't look anywhere else before choosing a new front door from them. Their communication during the ordering and manufacturing process is really good, and the door was fitted yesterday, as arranged. The old door took some getting out, but the guys were careful and patient ... and the new door looks amazing! We can't stop looking at it, it is so beautiful :-) The guys cleaned up before they left and made sure we knew all about the security features (impressive), and locking and cleaning our new door. I cannot recommend Firmfix highly enough.

We have just had our first seven windows finished by Firmfix. Mainly to see if they were as good as presented. Well what can we say every thing was just perfect especially as our old windows were coloured and not an easy match, but they came up trumps,well done. We are already preparing to have the remaining eight windows to be done next spring, the new ones are showing the extra warmth and sound proof that we have missed,so much so that our daughter and son in law did not know that I had already taken our dog out for her walk by car. This is the 3rd time we've used Firmfix & they've done another excellent job. Their fitters work very efficiently and leave no mess whatsoever. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting double glazing products.

My cracked pane was replaced yesterday , quickly and professionally. All in all I would totally endorse FirmFix as an outstanding Company in it's field of expertise. It's personnel are well mannered, professional, tidy, communicative, and an asset to the company. I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars.

New conservatory. Good work done by friendly and helpful staff. Job done as per original schedule. One or two minor adjustments will need to be made as is usual with any major work. We will let things settle for a few weeks before requesting maintenance.

the craftmanship is second to none they work like a small family bussines but are large enough to look after you individgeually
