Terrible service . Where the work was carried out, a hole the size of football appeared. I called them saying I had a guarantee, they asked me to mail them through their website which I did, didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks so I contacted them again, they asked me mail them again – which I did. They then sent me a form asking for £234 to inspect the work they did! I accept the damage may not be down to them, but when I said surely good customer service would be to have a look at the work and then advise, they were not interested unless I paid them again. Would not touch them again with a 50ft pole. Because my job was smaller than their usual contracts they think they stamp on the small customer as they won’t get much repeat business out of them. Shameful behaviour – Don’t use.
