I have the upmost faith, praise and respect for M W Bates Roofing & Building Ltd. Matthew (the owner and surveyor), and his team of guys that came to do the work were both friendly, reliable, professional and tidy (which pleased my wife no end), and very competitive with his quotation (which pleased me no end too). While renovating my victorian town house in South Woodford over the last 3 years, I have spoken and dealt with various other builders and roofers who either overcharged for the jobs or had no real enthusiasm, understanding or duty of care for the work I needed them to carry out. I cannot understand the comment from Mr. Jeremy Foster for leaving a negative review and I would deem it unfounded and unrealistic that he could do so, as this company has restored my faith within the myriad of bad builders that are out there. Mind you, as they say... There is no pleasing some people... I would have absolutely no hesitation to re-employ M W Bates Roofing & Building Ltd again and I have also already recommended their services to various friends and family. In fact I now have them as a saved contact on my mobile phone as my "Go-to" preference should I need help in the future.

Mat arrived on time and gave me a detailed quote. The workmanship was brilliant and he left my property tidy. I would definitely recommend for any roofing work and will use in the future. Thanks Matt.
