I am very impressed by the quality of service provided by Thames Valley Frames Ltd and I am happy to recommend them to other clients. Philip & his team were helpful, efficient and timely in arranging an accurate survey and the timescale for the frames was very competitive. The installers were courteous, tidy and installed the doors in one day. The windows have been fitted excellently and I am very happy with the result.
We really appreciated the Bifolds changes. When Philip saw they weren’t right he did not flinch and said he’d fix. We didn’t need to ask or negotiate. That made us feel in good hands.
Doors arrived from factory with left hand door, however right hand door had been specified. Factory re-manufactured parts to enable the configuration to be changed to that specified. Both the supplied and the installer were excellent in resolving the issue

Surveyor gave us a good indication of price and what is involved so we could make correct decision. Fitters arrived on time and kept up with the work till completed. Where there wa sa problem with a pane missing they came back next day.

The team at TVB are quick and have a high level of customer service. The works carried out were done to a high standard and the installation team were very tidy.
The company were very helpful at all stages of the process. The installation was uncomplicated as far as I am aware on the day. We had an issue with the side door which they came back and rectified promptly and satisfactorily. We have had no concerns since.
