This company are total cowboys! Please do not use them. They came and shoddily fixed my roof after storm damage and then tried the old trick of suggesting something else needed fixing. Using typical pressure tactics.
They left all of the rubbish and dumped other people’s rubbish too! It took me ages to clear. I was desperate to get the hole fixed but please please read these reviews and don’t use this company.
Oh dear, I'm another one taken in by chatty Wayne. £740 for less than hour work, obviously didn't pay that! Invoice listed loads of work no evidence it had been carried out. Can you replace boarding, felt,, fascias in an hour? Don't be charmed by him
If I could give 0 stars I would, this man is as dodgy as they come. Multiple times he’s assured me the leak was dealt with and it’s still leaking. I’m £1000 worse off and I feel like an idiot for trusting him, to add insult to injury the water damage caused by his incompetence and inability to fix it first time around is not going to cost money also. Avoid this cowboy at all costs.
Oh dear where do I start with Wayne Blackwell. He Changed my garage roof January 2021 and it leaked from day one l. He came back 3 times to fix it and did a terrible job made it worse. Me the new leak was down to a structure defect and not the roof he laid. This was totally untrue, when I challenged him he became aggressive verbally abused me and swore. I asked him To leave my property and he failed to do so. I called the Police and within 3 minutes they arrived he was removed. Please stay away from him. Wayne will sweet talk you
Into using him, tick all boxes to get your business and then employ crack heads to do the job. I will now be reporting him to trading standard and taking Legal action. W Bkackwell Roofing came to my property to strip reboard and refelt a flat roof extention. I found them to be very professional, clean, tidy and above all great value for money.
I would recommend them.
I spoke to Mr Blackwell about the negative comment above..and he assured me he rectified the problem.
We were having the porch roof replaced as our neighbours side was leaking. We had no problems with ours...that was until this cowboy company came and 'fixed' the problem. We now have a flooded porch, ruined carpet and a ceiling that is leaking, cracked and about to collapse because of the water that has got in since the work was done. The company accept no liability for the problems they have caused and blamed rain!! Surely that's what the repair was supposed to sort out!!! I asked for our money back and got met with excuses as to why it was not his problem and he walked away. Awful company and shoddy workmanship. Do not use!!!!!
