We hired CES for this pretty large job after having used them several years ago to replace all the windows in a large semi we owned in the Heatons in Stockport. They did a great job then so we had no reservations about going with them again. The job is now finished and the windows look superb and seem to be excellent quality. Just as importantly though the company have been absolutely fantastic in terms of customer service; the fitters were quick, efficient, polite and neat & nothing was too much trouble. There was surprisingly very little mess or upset. The boss/es went out of their way to make sure we were totally happy before we paid. In truth, there was a minor error with the leading dimensions initially but to say they went out of their way to put things right is an understatement! They pretty much bent over backwards to ensure we were entirely happy. I would definitely use CES again and recommend them. They are a decent, honourable, honest and reliable family company, and when they say they want you to be happy I can say from experience they really mean that! I thing Greg and Darren would have jumped through hoops to ensure our satisfaction. Should you have any issues during or after fitting, they come back out to sort things without question. This is a genuine review from a Timperley resident!

Seven windows and two doors installed in the foulest of weather last week. Dan and John, the fitters, were cheerful, polite, and cleared up brilliantly at the end of each shift. I would highly recommend this firm. Just waiting for one minor glitch on one window to be fixed and the scaffolding to be removed. Not the fitters fault, the scaffolding is from another outfit. The minor glitch will be sorted this week I am assured and Ii have total faith in that promise. Dan, tea, no sugar and John, coke, were very punctual and worked continuously not even stopping for a lunch break. Brilliant lads, many thanks!

A number of double glazed windows a porch and also a conservatory was installed by the fantastic lads at ces windows done throughout the year when I requested. The workmanship was excellent on all the installations . Everyone who came to install windows and the porch and also the men who helped build the conservatory were very polite punctual and helpful giving advise when asked in regard the design. The work was carried out in both 2012 windows and porch and 2013 the conservatory and other windows.
