We had a conservator built by Grosvenor windows what a big problem that was The fitters was very poor and bad workmanship from start to finish we stressed our concerns from the offset to the team responsible but with little joy The work was completed and just looked forward to enjoying the out look Oh no it starts to leak through the best rubber roof on the market but poor work team had installed incorrectly and so all the internal is damaged as well I have been trying to get this sorted by Veca there insurance and sill waiting 6 weeks later Grosvenor windows are just cowboys and no wonder they have gone into administration Don’t use these inexperienced cowboys

We had repeated problems with conservatory and doors. All rather moot now. They have gone into receivership. Bought by another company, but not sure they will honour current work projects, or guarantees for past work

We had our conservatory erected in 1999 when Grosvenor were at their showroom and factory near Burndon Park Bolton and had very little trouble with it, tilt and slide door had to be replaced about 2016 due to wear and tear apart from that no problems but now 2019 we have decided to replace the roof and again Grosvenor will be doing the job, we always find their workforce very polite good clean workers and leave the work area clean and tidy, sorry can't lay my hands on paperwork as proof of purchase after all these years possibly 20 years

The initial contact and quote was good - as was the fitting. We waited longer than expected for the product but were happy with the quality on arrival

Very happy with the quality of the patio doors and the installation. These were replacement for patio doors fitted by Grosvenor Windows over 30 years ago!

The work carried out by the installation team has been outstanding; I can’t tell you enough how pleased we are with the end result. The attention to detail, planning and design, project management and completion of the job has exceeded our expectations and the conservatory is a home improvement we are truly proud of. We have had a lot of work carried out in our home over the past ten years but I’m not exagerating when I say this is one of the best jobs that we have undertaken. Everyone who worked on site did a first rate job and at every stage we had absolute confidence that the end result would be first class.

Whilst I have said yes to all above, there were some disappointing items/aspects of the works that can be improved upon. Not enough space here to comment fully.

There was a problem with the door that could not have been foreseen till some time after installation, but Grosvenor Windows were quick to respond and put the matter right.

Fitters arrived nice and early , everything appeared to go to plan, really pleased with quality , look of the finished job and the overall experience, everything tidied away, couple of good workers.

I have needed to contact Grosvenor via email or telephone on several occasions to query the delay in processing the guarantee.I was very satisfied with the courteous and efficient way steve and johnny worked, and also with Shaun the electrician.

Grosvenor Windows were professional and did not rush the work, but took time to ensure that all aspects were completely fitted to perfection; particularly as our home is an 18th century cottage. Work was completed within time and the finish was immaculate. Would highly recommend the quality of the workmanship and product

We were very satisfied with all aspects of service. When we spoke to the sales team we were advised of the products available and the fitters were very efficient and thorough.

Due to heavy rain the final outside rendering could not be completed This was done at a later date when possible. Work completed O.K
