We put down 6K deposit with PCL in May 2017, after months and months of slow admin progress and lack of decent communication in November 2017 we were told that the company is going into administration. In the letter one of the directors Nick, told us about the administration process and that we need to follow up with the insurance company to recover our deposit. The one thing he didn’t mention is that our deposit is covered for 3 months and because we were over this period we won’t be able to recover anything. I find the Directors of the company to be only looking after their own interests and have no respect for customers or even their on employees. Now the company is trading under Coppell Building Products Ltd.
