From the very first initial visit, Malc Charrett and his team were polite, professional and efficient. They stood out from other companies straight away by showing us honesty and integrity; giving real timeframes, asking very sensible questions (rather than assuming) and tailoring everything just to how we wanted it. Throughout the build, the team worked extremely hard and were a joy to have around (our kids loved chatting to them!). It seemed that they could cater to any change of plan or last minute addition we threw at them, and did it joyfully, never making us feel awkward or pushy. The end results are spectacular; fantastic workmanship and a beautiful extension to our family home. These guys really know their stuff, and boy do they do a good job, and in record time.
