Got a home visit to give us a quotation for windows (eventually - took several weeks for them to get back to us). There were a couple of things they were supposed to follow up with after the visit (including providing samples of the windows of interest) but that never happened. In fact we haven't heard from them since despite trying to ring them several times and trying to contact them via their website. They're basically impossible to get hold of when you want to give them your business, so who knows what it would be like once they've had your cash!

Quick, efficient and economic. Came when they said they would and it was only a small job!

Really excellent work from a highly professional outfit. Would have them again any day. Complete double glazing.

11 new windows and 2 new doors fitted March 2014. All fitted to the highest standard and the house is now warmer and quieter. Rob and his team fitted the windows and doors on time and with the minimum of fuss. Rooms were vacuumed, the pointing was replaced, rubbish removed and everything left clean and tidy.
