I had the misfortune of ringing this company when water was doing in through my small soons bedroom ceiling. It was a Sunday evening and the first thing I did was apologise for calling on a Sunday evening but that I didn't know what to do. The woman who answered the phone was disgustingly rude to me. I suggest that if they don't want emergency calls that they invest in an answer phone or maybe not splash there home number all over the Internet.
