Invoice date given above is date of contract entered into as no separate invoice received. Main installation started on the 17/9/2025 and finished on the 19/9/2025. However one frame was incorrect size and was replaced on the 15/10/2025 when installation was completed. Deposit paid on the 20/8/25, part payment of balance on the 19/9/25 with final balance paid 16/10/25. Final workmanship good, installers were very punctual & courteous, total time taken 3 1/2 days.

excellent quality patio doors we ordered 3 sets of patio doors and 1 side door the service from start to finish ran so smoothly with no problems. the installers (chris and scott) we excellent the installation went without any problems the guy's took great care of our home would recommend Headway to anybody looking for a good window installers and the cost was good value for money thankyou.

Replacement of soffits, gutters and downpipes, windows and kitchen door. Workmanship good and installers were punctual and courteous. Duration of works, including erection of scaffolding c. 4 weeks.

Fitter was very polite, helpful and did a good job. One door has since become very hard to open /close. Due to covid -19 I am waiting for this to be corrected.

Replace 1 x bathroom window and 2 x bay windows at front of property. The work was undertaken by two hard working, punctual, polite and skilled fitters. We are pleased with the finished installation. The work took 2 days.

Excellent workmanship and service. I had this cimpany for my front door installation so chose this local, low pressure company again to fit my windows and back garage door. Ashley the fitter was very professional.

We had old french doors and windows replaced with 2 new doors and side full length windows between a dining room and conservatory. Sales person was well informed and helpful. Office staff very polite BUT our date was changed twice at very short notice so we lived in a state of upheaval for 2/3 weeks - eventually office staff came out of "retirement" and fitted it themselves. They were very great especially as I had got rather cross with them on the phone at times. There were quite a few snagging issues due to manufacturing problems and the glass was replaced in various places - 5 different panes of glass in total due to defects and scratches. We came to an agreement on final price because of the issues we have encountered. Overall I am pleased with the installation although it was a stressful process.

We realised how good the product was and installtion when compared to the old installation that was already in place. The installer was very efficient and came back with no fuss when a discrepancy was apparent. A good job!
