We decided to use this company because of being local and the kitchens are made in Kent. I also assumed being a small company that the customer service would be good, how wrong. The issues began with the final paperwork and invoice, no invoice received but payment was requested on multiple occasions. No payment (the final 25% most of the kitchen was paid for at ordering), no kitchen will be delivered, so the amount was paid without invoice. Then the filler pieces and end panels, we requested some to be left out, but all were. This could have been a miscommunication and thought ok not a big issue. Then the final straw was the insides of the kitchen were not there, the wire work (pull out larder, and corner unit and baskets) were not delivered. When the kitchen was discussed this was the expectation and when demonstrating the kitchens in their showroom the pull out wirework was displayed “this will be what your kitchen will look like”. Now on contacting their MD (he was in the sales office) he said it was not on our paperwork (the paperwork we did not receive) so was never quoted for, to put some perspective the 300mm tall unit was £600, rather expensive for a door (was a high end door) a cabinet and some shelves!!! They were very polite, but unfortunately no substance, the resolution they offered was for me to buy the inside wire work. I am disappointed with the kitchen, but mainly the lack of customer service and the un yielding stance taken by the MD and the sales staff (just buy some more bits!!). I will not be using them again, and would certainly not recommend them. I would also be very careful what is in their paperwork, I would say that it is not clear. I will in future with any dealings of this sort get all the parts listed (even down to hinges and brackets!!)
