This company is best avoided. a simple but very small utility room proved a challenge for the company. Not least because the original design did not fit overall it was not sufficiently thought out by the advisor. Our problems began as the weather was terrible, the worktop could not be cut inside so we had to wait 5 weeks for a break in the weather for this to be completed. Fitting was as and when and we decided to make a start adding doors and handles ourselves, There was very little plumbing as we undertook this too to get things moving. However all of our contribution did nothing to reduce the fitting bill which ended up more than we were originally quoted, ( the fitter had changed ) and later we found that kick boards has been glued on rather than clipped on. In all not a happy experience, we did complain in writing but heard nothing from the company themselves only the fitter bravely phoned admitted that the kick boards should not have been fitted this way, but he never came back. So in all expensive , slow and sloppy. and pray for good weather.
