The owner is the most incompetent building maintenance company proprietor we have ever encountered. The only decent thing about this firm is the guys doing the actual work, they are decent hardworking men who deserve a round of applause putting up with him and certainly not surprised why he’s minimal fitters if he treats them this way. The owner “Dave” is a utter disgrace who clearly let he’s fitters down at every step. They don’t arrive on the date booked in to start! Rearrange 6wks later! No supply’s are ordered until the date the job actually starts despite taking a deposit! The fitters get called off to carry out work already not completed! Left front of our house boarded up for 10days! Did not organise the tower required for fitters so unable to fit the windows! Lost the glass to the frames! Ordered wrong size glass! Told fitters to “make glass fit” causing it to crack! Waiting another 10days for replacement glass! Did not order the new door, instead delivered a door removed from another property which is nothing like the door chosen and tried to charge the original door & full price! When we refused the door Dave rang fitters and said “ignore them & fit it”! 7wk wait for actual door to be delivered! Told us he didn’t want the job in the first place! Threw away 4 blinds fittings & fixtures, leaving them unusable despite us taking them down and fittings on the ceiling! Broke a bed frame! Cost us a fortune in loss of earnings as we were told a 5day job which took 14days as couldn’t leave our dog due to stress from it all & fitters in and out the house! Not one part finished for 21days & total job lasting 10wks!!! Cost a fortune in heating to keep the house warm! Dave ignores calls & office staff do not return them anymore than he does! To top the lot makes slandering you he’s top priority because you dare to complain, making accusations that couldn’t be further from the truth! No idea how Dave has a business or thinks treating clients this way is appropriate! Seriously think twice before using this company if you’ve already paid a deposit!!!! I’ll be billing them for damage, inconvenience and loss of earnings! Total rip of company!
