Had 5 windows replaced today and they look great. Zac and Hayden arrived on time and did a very professional job with little mess. Everything was clean and tidy when they had finished. Good quality product for the price. Well done lads, would recommend your services.

I had 9 sliding sash windows installed and they are stunning! Everything from initial contact to fitting went smoothly. I would recommend this company.

Absolute cowboys It all started off well, the salesman was great and due to him I chose this company although they were not the cheapest. It took 4mths for installation although I was told 4 weeks. It took several phone calls to get installation done and only happened when I threaten to cancel the order Installation was meant to take 3 days with 3 man- two men turned up and done it in 2 days. Before they left I noticed some minor things missing and was told that these would be ordered and dealt with within 2 weeks. After the installers left I noticed some real issues and contacted the company who apologised and said that these would be rectified. The fitting of the doors are a disgrace- the back door can not be shut and locked without jamming the door. This is a concern in case of a fire we would not be able to get out. The porch door was not sealed therefore every-time it rains the porch gets flooded. The workmanship is really shoddy. I have complained to the company on several occasions just to be fobbed off, or not to have phone calls, emails or letters answered. If you already have an order with them, do not pay them until you are fully satisfied as once they have your money you will not hear from them again. If you have not ordered from them- DON’T as you will be let down.

I am very disappointed in Trade 2 Trade windows, I used them under there old name of Heritage windows to install two conservatories, both have developed serious problems but despite contacting Trade 2 Trade on 5 occasions and saying that I was happy to pay for the repairs they have never shown up as agreed, I was very pleased with the original construction but there after sales service is hopeless, you have been warned!!

The windows have made the house look beautiful. The house is so much warmer and quieter now.
