Awful! Turned up late only to say the work would cost more than they quoted because they were "a man down" so would have to work longer. Also said i had no choice but to pay them because I'd already agreed to the original quote. Became aggressive when I made it clear I wasn't happy and suggested they'd make the problem worse so it would cost a lot more to get anyone else in. Felt as if I was being held to ransom!
