Albatross roofing agreed that they'd come round several times and they didn't show on both occasions. No apology and no call to say sorry. I took my business elsewhere. Very rude and untrustworthy!! Disappointed I couldn't tick No Stars!!!
Pleasure to deal with. Father and son run business and very professional. Felt sorry for them in the cold weather as they haven't a hair on their heads between them. Ha cheers guys, would defo recommend
Leaking flat roof which needed to be replaced because of age. I rang a few roofers and Albatross roofing came out to give me a quote within hours as they were in the area. There price was competitive and he also guaranteed the job for 15 years. They are a family ran business, father and son and job was completed efficiently and from what I can see to a very good standard.
leaking flat roof, i rang this company as they are local and was told someone would come out at 3pm that afternoon, at 3.45pm i rang to see if they were coming and was told that i had been overlooked and they would come at 10am the following day - guess what - they didnt turn up. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.
