Shame I have to give them 1 star. They took 7-8 months to replace an existing conservatory. This was completed 2 years ago and it has leaked ever since. They have been out over a dozen times in the last 2 years to attempt to fix the leak but this has been unsuccessful. They have resealed and replaced numerous parts but it's still leaking. I'm at the end of my tether now and we are literally running out of time. I'm 5 weeks away from having our second child and my husband is terminally ill. He wants to sort out our affairs before he passes away and although EAS are fully aware of this they are still refusing to fully replace the roof as they want to try more numerous "fixes". They've sent out 3 "experts" now that they assured us could stop the leak. They've all left scratching their heads. How much longer do we need to put up with this especially at this emotionally distressing time?

Paid EAS the deposit, told it would be a couple of weeks until the surveyor would call, five weeks later after chasing them a surveyor finally came. No one bothered to call or write to say when the work would be carried out, after I made several phone calls, finally we were told it would take three days and given a date, for it to be changed within the hour. On the day the work was to be carried out we were told the fitters were doing another job but would still come to start the job I made a total of four more phone calls the fitters arrived at 2.26pm and said it was too late to start the job and the materials hadn't been ordered. It took and official letter of complaint and the threat of legal action to get a result. When the job was finished the glass for the door was the wrong size and it took another week before it was completed. To date we still haven't received a formal reply to the letter, only three text messages from one of the directors with excuses why she hadn't replied! These being my printer won't work at home and now I am on holiday. We will never use EAS windows again, terrible service.

During installation EAS caused serious structural damage by failing to adequately support the bay above. They proposed a repair that was not fit for purpose and it then became evident that they had no idea if the replacement window was able to support the bay above. I had to spend £500 in engineer's fees to force them to carry out an adequate repair. This involved month's of mess and hassle, court action and the job is still not finished 18 months later. To date I am£375 out of pocket

Had date to have windows replaced and was phoned an hour before they were due to arrive to cancel the job for 7 days. Like we can just keep taking days off work! The lead time was long enough. Very disappointed indeed, I would not recommend!
