We were left feeling disappointed and frustrated after delays meant we had to find our own tradesmen to finish the internal work as my wifes pregnancy due date drew nearer. We didn't feel like valued customers at all especially after receiving arrogant emails from the company boss. I don't like writing negative reviews but feel a compulsion to do so in this instance. The company haven't honoured the "20 year warranty" they promised us and still haven't returned the spare key to our house. The installers who work for the firm are lovely genuine people who we cant fault.
