We visited the showroom in Lutterworth, but there was little to see as a lot of development work was going on. Mr Scott Pope apologised for the inconvenience and agreed to visit our home in Kettering on Friday 7 Feb @ 1.00pm. He didn't show up. We got no phone call. I called the showroom at 2.00pm to be told he had taken the afternoon off!! I asked the receptionist to relay my dissatisfaction to Mr Pope and asked to be called back this Monday 10 Feb. It is now Wednesday evening 12 Feb and still no response. Appalling service, especially when I will be spending circa £20,000 in the next few weeks.
