Had kitchen Duden 6 years ago , few problems at 1 st , but they sorted it , since then we had a new washing fitted with curry’s and was told gas pipe behind it had not been capped off ! Rang and told them and was told it would be sorted asp , no apology at all , all told lady on phone that some off the doors in the kitchen had blown , and the reply was “ sorry we only guarantee doors for 6 years , since then most off the doors have gone the same ! Was also told by the plumber that came pot to cap gas’s pipe off it was a common problem with shaker style door , so why use them , payed 13000 6 years ago and now all the doors need replacing , feel so angry
