This should be ZERO STARS......Do NOT give this company your money. I ordered windows in May 2022 and am still waiting in September 2023. Emails and phone calls go unaswered, or, IF you're lucky to get anyone, you are just fed a load of excuses. IF you get an installation date, it comes and goes...no contact, no explanation and no apology. I've been promised a refund 3 times, that's a laugh too...I'm still waiting!! I'm now about to take them to court.
