In all we’ve had twelve windows and two doors replaced by Avanti. Initially I went to a nationally advertised contractor, a representative visited, it was all very pleasant. But after two and a half hours of salesmanship about how much better they were than everybody else I got a mind blowing quote for nine windows. Yes they were burglar proof, but the vast majority were unreachable on the second floor. After that thought I would go local, gave Avanti a call, no problem Richard came round and did the survey and gave me a quote for ten windows and two doors way below the previous quote. Well bit the bullet and said yes. Shortly afterwards Mark came round to finalise the measurements and told us it would twenty weeks for installation. Low and behold it was, in fact they delayed it for ten days so we could be away while the work was done. Went away and on return you wouldn’t know they’ve been in, apart from all the chocolate biscuits we left for them had disappeared! And the job done perfectly. Following that we decided to have our last windows done, the original corner windows were hand made to size and I was told by the original carpenter ‘good luck to anybody replacing them’. One one them being thirteen feet high. No problem, call Avanti and an identical experience. Thankyou for a job well done.
