Appalling company. Will promise you the earth to get your business, but as soon as you've signed up and paid your deposit they will mess you around, treat you with utter disdain, and try to blame their mess -ups and failings on you, the customer (by accusing you of lying, rather than admitting their internal communications are so terrible that they are unable to pass on or retain correct information supplied by the customer). The end result? A lot of frustration and fury, and a reasonable enough kitchen, but one that looks like a DIY project, rather than a professionally fitted kitchen. The final insult was a the screws securing a hinge breaking on a cupboard less than 2 months after completion - as we had been promised (but never received a copy of, despite several times of asking) a full guarantee on the work, we thought we'd be covered...no. Instead we were accused of breaking the hinge, and then quoted nearly £270 for them to come and replace the two screws to fix this...we've left this with the local Trading Standards officer, who was very interested in how they could possibly justify this cost. Avoid this company at all costs!
